FAQ

When do photoshoots usually start?

The start time depends on your chosen locations, the season, and of course the weather. For Trocadéro, the magic happens early in the morning, when the light is soft and the crowds are minimal — perfect for those iconic Eiffel Tower shots. In winter, though, the later sunrise often means more visitors, but don't worry — we can still make it work!

If mornings aren't for you, there are plenty of beautiful spots we can shoot later in the day, though some will naturally be busier. Places like Avenue de Camoëns, for example, have gorgeous late-morning light but also attract more people. The good news? Most of Paris is beautiful at any time of day — the Louvre, for instance, is stunning throughout the day, unless you specifically want the pyramid in the background.Whatever your preference, we'll plan the best start time together to create the ideal experience for you.

What should I wear?

Every package includes the option to change outfits — so bring as many as you like, keeping in mind our schedule. Couples often coordinate by choosing complementary tones (like neutrals or jewel tones) without being too matchy-matchy. Avoid overly busy prints, as they can distract from the photos. For women, flowing dresses or skirts always look beautiful in motion, though the most important thing is wearing what makes you feel comfortable and confident. If your shoot takes place in winter, remember it can be quite cold, so bring layers if needed. If you love heels, bring a second pair of flats or sandals for walking between locations, as Parisian cobblestones can be tricky! For men, simple but polished looks — such as slacks and a button-down shirt — always photograph well.Props are welcome, too — from something meaningful to your story, to playful Parisian touches like berets, baguettes...

Before the Shoot

Clear communication is key. We can arrange a quick video or phone call to go over your ideas, goals, and preferences. If you'd rather stick to email, that works too — what matters most is that we create an open and easy channel to align on your vision.

What if it rains?

Paris has plenty of charming covered areas near landmarks like the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre, so there's no need to cancel. I'm flexible and creative — if our schedules allow, we can reschedule for later in the day or another date.If you don't mind a bit of rain, umbrellas and trench coats can make for wonderfully romantic photos.

Transportation Tips

Finding a taxi on the day of your shoot isn't always guaranteed, and ride-sharing apps like Uber can be inconsistent in Paris. For peace of mind, I suggest using the local G7 app or arranging a private driver or a friend who can stay with us during the session. Having a car at hand is especially practical if the weather turns or if you'd like a discreet spot for a quick outfit change.Of course, for those who enjoy a little spontaneity, the Paris metro is always an exciting way to get around the city!
